Joined the Company in May 2004 as Executive Director on Economics and Finance and has held the post of Managing Director on Economics and Finance since September 2006. After gaining MBA degree from the KIMEP he gained extensive experience in oil and gas industry. Since 1998 he worked in various companies including Schlumberger’s Dowell subdivision in Mexico, KazTransOil CJSC. He holds an International Certification as a Financial Manager (CFM certificate).

Saida became the Head of ING Kazakh Office in 2005. She is currently responsible for developing ING franchise in Kazakhstan and has actively participated in every ING-led transaction in the region. Saida has a substantial experience of Kazakh economy and business environment.
Prior to joining ING Kazakhstan, Saida has worked in the Structured Finance Department with ING headquarters in Amsterdam for five years.
Saida has joined ING in 2000 following seven years of working for a private equity firm with an investment focus on Kazakhstan. She was responsible for managing investments in a wide range of sectors.

Previously at, he was Senior Structured Finance Specialist with the ADB’s Private Sector Infrastructure Finance Group where he led the debt arranging team for the South Sumatra to West Java Phase 2 Gas pipeline project. Prior to joining ADB in June 2003, he worked for 12 years in the Asia-wide limited recourse project finance industry in Singapore as Director at BNP Paribas and as an Associate Director at Deutsche Bank. During this time, he led financial advisory and debt arranging teams for private sector infrastructure projects in the oil, gas, petrochemical, power, water and transportation sectors. From 1983 to 1991, Mr. Wermert worked in the municipal bond origination teams of Northern Trust and Kane, McKenna and Associates in the Chicago area. He holds a Masters in Public Policy from the Harris School of University of Chicago and a B.A. from Columbia University in New York

Arman Moldakhmetov, Managing Director

Arman Moldakhmetov is the Managing Director of the Branch Office in Kazakhstan. Before joining PBN, Arman served as the Deputy Chairman for the Kazyna National Innovation Fund. Previously, he was Head of the Permanent Secretariat for the Foreign Investors' Council under the President of Kazakhstan, and following that he was Head of the EBRD office in Astana. Arman began his distinguished career as a Commercial Officer in the Royal Netherlands Embassy in Almaty. Arman graduated from Moscow State Agricultural Academy (BSc) in 1993. From 1994 to 1996, he studied at KIMEP (MPA). He was a Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow at the University of Washington, Seattle in 2005-06. In 2006, he also attended Executive Courses at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government
